This semi-flush mount ceiling fixture works well in any ceiling application including hallways, living rooms, or bedrooms. Works best on ceilings that are between 9ft - 12ft. Glass diffuses light evenly when using frosted/white incandescent bulbs (not included) and creates a nice ambiance when dimmed. Will support A19 sized Compact Fluorescent medium base bulbs (CFL). Glass does not have to be removed for bulb replacement. Every Murray Feiss product includes installation instructions for installation on existing house outlet/junction box.
