I think I share a common frustration when it comes to replacing parts of any lighting system, especially, from a company that you bought the item from. For this particular lighting system, I have even written to the company, Progress Lighting, for help in securing 1 of the six clear seeded glass shades. It truly is frustrating as I am unable to use any shades on my chandelier because it looks awkward with one missing.
